I was born and raised in New Jersey, growing up playing multiple sports and enjoying anything involving the outdoors with a particular obsession with playing basketball. You will rarely catch me in the house without Sports Center or some sports talk show likely going on in the background!

My passion for fitness training clients in particular was started in the Summer of 2010 when my best friend was visiting me from college. He was just coming off or a huge knee surgery that left him medicated and bed ridden for weeks. During his visit, I was concerned at the noticeable gain of weight in my first, weight was never something we discussed before but this time was different. After some conversation I talked him into checking the scale and when we saw 343 lbs I knew I had to do something.

 I began researching diets, weight loss programs, fitness tips, read dozens and dozens of articles and programs in order find the best information to help my friend. In that process I developed a program in which I was able to help him lose 125 pounds. I received my NASM certification shortly there after and the rest is history. My friend Josh is now is a competitive bodybuilder himself and Police officer and to see how much his life has changed since his transformation fills me with tremendous joy. My mission is to help as many people find the athlete within themselves as I did for my friend years ago and do for every single one of my clients!

When I am not in the gym, I am likely hanging out with my family and friends, hanging out with my dog Luna, playing sports, or watching movies. I also enjoy reading and watching documentaries about pretty much anything. I also love dancing! I danced for 8 years training in hip hop and break dancing and though I don’t dance competitively or professionally anymore I still am not shy about bustin a move! Life is too short to be anything but yourself!

In a nutshell, I want my clients to do what works.

I am honest, professional, straight forward, and I do not like wasting time and I will most certainly not waste your time. I am always aiming for positive results, but I am a realist. Results take time and consistency. I would like you to expect positive changes in a reasonable amount of time. I trust my process, but to keep it real, you do all the work.

You must trust yourself and have an optimistic and positive mindset. It is essential that you trust the process. This all may come off or be perceived as me being strict, but I am not.  I need to lay it all out there for you.  I am a very laid back with a huge sense of humor, but when it is time to get to business, we get to business.
